Firm In Faith is an online clothing brand selling Christian-themed apparel.

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, colours, sizing information and prices are accurate. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen.

Please check the product description and size guide carefully before placing your order.

Our products are made to order and are produced specifically for each order.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.

After you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Your order will be accepted when we confirm that the order has been accepted for fulfilment.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a genuine reason to do so, including where a product is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing error, or we suspect fraudulent activity.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, you will receive a full refund.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed on the website in the applicable currency.

The total price of your order, including applicable delivery charges, will be shown before you complete your purchase.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

If you are ordering from outside the United Kingdom, additional taxes, duties or customs charges may apply depending on your destination and local laws.

Orders are produced and fulfilled by our fulfilment partner, Printful.

Delivery times and costs vary depending on the destination, product and delivery method selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including customs delays, carrier disruptions or events beyond our control.

7. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, misprinted or incorrect, please contact us at hello@shopfirminfaith.com as soon as possible.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue and photographs where appropriate.

We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with your legal rights and our Returns & Refunds Policy.
