At Firm In Faith, we want you to be happy with your order. Because our products are made to order, we carefully inspect orders for quality and accuracy before they are shipped.
Returns
For customers in the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at hello@shopfirminfaith.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be unworn, unused and in their original condition, with any original packaging and tags still attached where applicable.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning an item when exercising your statutory right to cancel, unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise does not conform to your legal rights.
We reserve the right to make an appropriate deduction from a refund where goods have been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at hello@shopfirminfaith.com as soon as possible.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the item and the issue
We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
You should report manufacturing or printing issues to us promptly. Our fulfilment partner, Printful, generally requires quality-related claims within 30 days of delivery (or the estimated delivery date for lost packages).
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights. If an item is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to meet your legal rights, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under applicable law.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or colour, you may return the original item where you have a legal right to do so and place a new order.
Please check the size guide on the product page before ordering to help ensure you select the right size.
Refunds
Once your return has been approved and the applicable requirements have been met, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Where you exercise your statutory right to cancel, refunds will be made in accordance with applicable law. For UK distance sales, this generally includes the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option originally offered, rather than any additional amount paid for an upgraded delivery service.
We will process eligible refunds within the timeframe required by applicable law.
International Orders
If you are ordering from outside the United Kingdom, your cancellation, return and refund rights may vary depending on the country or region in which you live.
Nothing in this policy is intended to remove or restrict any rights you have under the consumer protection laws applicable to your order.
